Yes. Request a refund within 7 days of your first charge on a plan, provided you have used fewer than 20 voice minutes on it. Refunds are pro-rata on unused value, back to the original payment method, within 7 working days of approval — the Interview Sprint included. Email hi@aisim.com from your account address.

Minute Boost is a Pro add-on, so it becomes available in your region when monthly billing does. The Sprint already includes 120 voice minutes.

No. If your Pro subscription was active before 20 August 2026 you keep your original price and your 100-minute monthly allowance for as long as it stays active. New pricing applies to new subscriptions only, and a Sprint you already bought keeps its 120 minutes.

Yes. Transcripts are readable only by you and can be deleted at any time.
