Contact AISIM.COM
Question, bug, idea, or partnership — we read everything.
AISIM is run by a small team, which has one clear advantage for you: the person who reads your message is usually the person who can fix the thing you are writing about. There is no ticket queue and no support script. If you tell us a persona interrupted at the wrong moment, or a Sim Report quoted you inaccurately, or the Hindi-accented voice didn't match the panel you selected, that lands in front of someone who can change the code.
Two things make a reply fast. First, tell us what you were doing — which simulator, which difficulty, and roughly when. Second, if it involves your account, minutes, or a payment, include the email address you signed up with. We will never ask you for your password, a one-time code, or card details over email, and any message that does is not from us.
Prefer email?
Write to us at hi@aisim.com. We reply from a real human on the team, usually within a business day.
For account or billing issues, please include the email address you signed up with so we can find your record fast.
What people usually write in about
Billing, minutes and refunds. Minutes are metered from connected voice time, not wall-clock time, so a dropped call should not cost you the session. If your balance looks wrong after a sim that disconnected, send us the date and time and we will check the ledger and credit it back. Sprint and Pro purchases follow the refund window described in our terms.
A persona that felt off. Wrong voice for the stated gender, an accent that didn't match the room, a UPSC or banking board that asked something a real board never would, or an interviewer that broke character. These reports are the single most useful thing we receive — they go straight into the prompt engine and voice registry.
A Sim Report you disagree with. If the score felt unfair or a "moment" misquoted you, tell us which report. We can re-run scoring, and if the grader is systematically wrong for a room we recalibrate it rather than arguing with you about it.
Data, privacy and deletion. You can export everything or delete individual sims and your whole account from Settings without asking us. Write in if something there does not behave the way it should.
Cohorts, campuses and coaching practices. If you are preparing a batch rather than yourself — placement cells, UPSC and banking mentors, study-abroad counsellors, bootcamps — tell us the size and the timeline and we will put together terms that fit instead of making you buy seats one at a time.
What we cannot help with: anything involving a live, real interview in progress. We build practice tools only, and we will decline that request every time.
