Local photos and optional AI requests

Selecting a photo decodes it in the browser, applies its supported orientation, resizes it to at most 1,600 pixels on the longest side and re-encodes it as JPEG. Original EXIF and location metadata are not copied. JPEG, PNG and WebP files up to 10 MB are accepted; pixel limits are also enforced.

Free samples do not upload selected photos. In the OpenAI workspace, choosing an approved paid action sends the processed photo or entered text through this local server to OpenAI. Live photos are resized to at most 1,280 pixels. AI requests are never made automatically on upload. Unsaved selected photos stay in tab memory and disappear when you leave or reload. A processed copy is saved to IndexedDB only when you choose Save on this device.

Optional account sign-in and private saves

When configured, existing AISIM email/password sign-in uses the existing Supabase backend. This site stores a session token in browser storage, separate from the original website. Sign out when using a shared device. Signing in does not upload local projects.

Choosing Save to my account sends that plan, its processed photos, images and preferences to the private aisim2-projects storage area. The project listing and files are limited to the signed-in owner by database policies. Open account projects from Saved; opening also creates a local browser copy. Delete an account copy from Saved to remove its file and listing. Browser copies and downloaded files require separate deletion. Files are limited to 25 MB per saved project. The hosted preview does not enable paid AI.

Shopping research

Product research is a separate paid action. It sends the selected shopping list and country to OpenAI web search, which consults retailer pages. The photo is not included in this request. Ratings and prices are extracted from accessible web sources and can change or be incomplete. Direct product links open the retailer website under its own privacy terms.

Product choices, source links and the time checked are saved locally with your project when you choose Save. PDF and text downloads can include these details.

Saved projects and food diary

Plans, preferences, selected processed photos and diary entries are stored in IndexedDB in this browser profile. These are not account-protected. Anyone using the same profile can access them. Records stay until you delete them or browser storage is cleared or evicted.

You can delete individual projects and meals, export local data, or clear all saved data from Profile. Local records have no automatic server backup. Only an explicit Save to my account creates a cloud copy of a project; diary entries remain local. Browser or device backups and downloaded files are outside this app’s control.

Private birth details and palm reference

The Astro & Palm tool accepts an optional name, date of birth, local birth time and birthplace to calculate a Vedic chart in your browser. A public city list is downloaded once for local search; your search terms and birth details are not sent to a server or AI. The optional palm photo is resized locally and used only as a visual reference for self-guided selections; it is not automatically analyzed.

These details, the reading and the palm reference remain only in this page’s memory. Clear all my details removes them. Leaving or reloading the page discards them; they are not saved to your account or local saved projects. Text downloads and PDF reports remain on your device until you delete them.

Requests and tracking

The browser requests the application and public illustrative images from the website host. No analytics, advertising scripts, public galleries, third-party fonts or remote image requests are included. Application code does not log photo contents, diary descriptions or reflection text. Ordinary server request logs may contain page paths and query identifiers.

Future services

OpenAI is the configured AI provider. Text requests use store:false; this is not a promise of zero provider retention. OpenAI may retain data under its applicable service policies. The application keeps recent results in server memory for up to 15 minutes to avoid duplicate requests; photos are not written to server disk. Local deletion does not delete provider records. The hosted preview connects Supabase account sign-in and private project storage. Payment services remain disconnected.
