Every account gets a permanent referral link the moment you sign in. It is yours; it never rotates, and it works on every page of the site — the pricing page, a simulator page, a guide.
Send it to people who actually have an interview
The programme rewards relevance, not reach. A junior on your team with a panel next week converts. A mass DM does not. Most of what we pay out goes to people who sent five good links, not five hundred bad ones.
They run a free sim first
Your friend does not have to pay anything to use your link. They get the free pressure check — 2 scored sims, 2 minutes each, for the lifetime of their account — exactly as any other visitor would. Nothing is charged, nothing is committed.
You earn when they buy
Every paid product pays the same 20%. The one-time Interview Sprint earns ₹379.80 on the ₹1,899 India price or $8.80 on the $44 international price. Pro monthly earns ₹239.80 on the ₹1,199 India rail or $2.80 on the $14 international rail. A Minute Boost (+30 minutes) earns ₹119.80 on ₹599 or $1.40 on $7. Every commission is recorded from the signature-verified payment webhook on the amount actually captured, and is held until the referred payment is past its refund window.
How payout works
Commissions are recorded against your account automatically from the verified payment webhook, so there is nothing to claim and no form to submit. Your dashboard shows every referral, its status, and the running balance.
Add one payout handle — a UPI ID for rupee earnings or a PayPal email for dollar earnings — and we pay out once your confirmed balance clears the minimum threshold. We settle in the same currency the referred payment was made in; we do not convert your earnings behind your back at an invented rate.
A commission is held until the referred payment is past its refund window. If your friend refunds or charges back, that commission reverses — the same rule any honest affiliate programme runs. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and paid-search bidding on our brand terms are not eligible, and we will reverse them.
Referral earnings are income. Depending on where you live you may need to declare them; we do not withhold tax on your behalf.
