AISIM exists to make you ready before the room. Not to cheat inside it.
There is a version of this product that would sell better and that we refuse to build: a tool that listens to your real interview and whispers answers into your ear. It would rank well, convert well, and quietly damage every person who used it — because the room finds out, and because a job you talked your way into with a machine is a job you then have to do. Everything below is the line we hold instead, written plainly enough that you can hold us to it.
The short version: rehearse here, perform there. The personas are hard because real interviewers are busy, skeptical and short on patience, and rehearsing against a polite assistant teaches you nothing about the moment someone interrupts your third sentence.
Practice, not deception.
AISIM exists to make you ready before the room. Every session is a rehearsal against an AI persona, so you can make your mistakes here instead of in the interview that counts.
Private by default.
Your sims, transcripts and reports are readable only by you. Nothing you say in a practice room is shared, sold, or shown to an employer.
AI-generated practice personas.
Every interviewer in AISIM is an AI simulation — not a real hiring manager, recruiter, officer or client. Names, roles and voices are constructed for realistic pressure, not to impersonate a real person.
No live-interview assistance.
We do not listen to your real interviews and we do not feed you answers in the moment. No live coaching in the ear, ever. We train you before it counts.
No hiring decisions or employment guarantees.
A Sim Report is a coaching signal, never a hiring prediction. AISIM does not screen candidates, score you for employers, or promise an outcome in any real process.
You control your recordings and transcripts.
Export everything or delete any sim — or your whole account — at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your transcripts and reports along with it.
Pressure, never cruelty.
Our hardest setting, Nightmare, interrupts you, demands specifics and returns to your weakest answer from a new angle. It will never insult you, your background, your accent or your appearance. The skepticism targets your answers; it never targets your worth. If you tell a persona you are struggling, it drops the act immediately and suggests you pause.
Adults only, and no roleplay we shouldn't be running.
AISIM is 18+. We simulate professional high-stakes conversations: interviews, negotiations, visa windows, difficult manager talks, client pitches and panels. We do not build romantic, therapeutic or medical roleplay, and we will not accept custom scenarios that try to route around that line.
Honest scoring, even when it stings.
A Sim Report quotes what you actually said, timestamps it, and offers a specific better line. We calibrate scores to the difficulty you chose — lenient on Warm-up, honest on Realistic, harsh on Nightmare, where a 70 is genuinely rare. Inflating your score would feel good for ten seconds and cost you the interview that mattered.
We are not a substitute for the real preparation.
A simulator sharpens delivery, structure and composure under pressure. It cannot give you experience you have not had, and it does not know what a specific company will ask on a specific day. If a report tells you the substance is thin, the fix is the work, not another sim.
