Sim Report
A coaching signal — not a hiring prediction.
At 04:18 you named the tradeoff out loud — "we chose the slower rollout because the support team could not absorb the ticket spike." That is the kind of sentence a panel writes down.
At 02:05 the answer stayed in "we" for almost ninety seconds. Dana asked twice what you personally decided before a first-person answer arrived.
Your example established ownership, but the outcome arrived too late. Start with the decision and measurable result, then give context.
Re-run the same question with a 90-second cap. First sentence: the decision. Second sentence: the number it moved. Everything else is context you offer only if asked.
